History of J&L Morris Trucking

J & L Morris Trucking has a rich history spanning over 40 years. It all began with John Morris, the previous owner, and his father, who established a solid relationship with the same sawmill that we continue to do business with today. Initially, they ventured into purchasing sawdust, delivering it to horse and livestock farms. This evolved into procuring hardwood bark, which was then processed into landscape mulch and marketed at wholesale prices in large quantities. Despite being a small business with a handful of employees, we have the capability to manage projects of any scale. Our product line includes Natural hardwood bark mulch, also known as Lesscare, Enhanced brown hardwood bark mulch, Enhanced black hardwood bark mulch, and Safeplay, a certified playground mulch, derived from the same sawmill as our hardwood bark. We take pride in being a respected supplier member of the ILCA.
